Qualify for Full Tilt Poker’s Onxy Cup Series
Yesterday Full Tilt Poker unveiled the Onyx Cup, a $ 30 million series of six live events consisting of BUY-INS of $ 100,000 to $ 250,000. Players who earn the most Leaderboard Points through the first five regular events of the Onyx Series will move on to a Grand Final in Las Vegas in December of 2011 with a $ 250,000 buy-in. Given the high buy-in amounts, this tournament series should prove to be the ultimate test of skill. Since most players don’t have the bankroll for such an event, Full Tilt is offering freerolls and qualifier tournaments to those who wish to test their skills in these prestigious events.

Onyx Cup series events will played at 8-seat tables and will feature a shot-clock format, meaning players must act within 30 seconds or their hand will be checked or folded. The events will be filmed and broadcast on over 40 networks across the globe.
